Okay, first off, I am out of wit for the day. However, since yesterday I was only able to produce one mediocre post (in terms of writing at least, the art is excellent), I felt I owed you another today. So here is Washington Post food critic, Tom Sietsema’s, take on 20 DC restaurants. These places, like Restaurant Eve, Georgia Browns, and DC Coast, are not new. Quite the opposite: Sietsema is re-critiquing them.

I am not going to say much about this but, yikes. It takes balls to be a food critic. Either that or a supreme sense of your own self worth. Let’s just say describing Georgia Brown’s chicken as “sawdust” is quite intense. Other restaurants however, fared much better. It’s a good read and I will leave you to form your own opinions, but at least give it a glance. VA and MD restaurants included as well.
