In response to J,
how could there be more married women than men?
Presumably most are married to a man.(given DC’s recent same sex marriage law)
what would be more interesting is how many straight single men there are to straight single women. (with a job, basic social skills, and no raging addictions)
even given the low marriage rate of approx 28%, and the 8% of the population who identify as gay.
you are left with 64 men to 78 women, remove those in committed relationships (let’s say an additional third of the available men) and we have 42 men to 56 women

Yes, Glee has sadly jumped the shark. I was getting tired of the non-storylines, but the Christmas episode was just awful. they basically put a show together just so they would have a Christmas album to share.

Then I came to the realization that Glee is basically just a cover band. Why do people buy these albums? When you listen to the original artists singing the songs, they are much better.

There is an small upside though. I have to admit I’ve been exposed to artists I had never listened to before. And, the mash-ups can be interesting in a good way. But is that a show?
